By requesting service, scheduling an appointment, or leaving a vehicle at our facility for service, the vehicle owner acknowledges and agrees to the terms described in this disclosure.

Customers authorize Otobotix Auto Care technicians to operate the vehicle as necessary for the purpose of:

All vehicle operation will be performed by qualified personnel.

• Mechanical failures unrelated to the requested service
• Cosmetic damage or wear
• Age-related component failures
Otobotix Auto Care is not responsible for issues resulting from pre-existing vehicle conditions that are unrelated to the service performed.
Automotive service work may involve working with aging or worn mechanical components.
During service or inspection, previously weakened parts may fail due to normal wear or existing damage.
Otobotix Auto Care will notify the customer if additional issues are discovered during service whenever possible.
In certain cases, Otobotix Auto Care may coordinate services with trusted third-party providers when specialized services are required.
Examples may include:
• Glass replacement services
• Specialized automotive services not performed in-house
These services may be performed by independent businesses operating under their own policies and procedures.
Customers should retrieve their vehicle promptly after service completion.
Vehicles left on the premises after service completion for extended periods may be subject to reasonable storage procedures consistent with local laws and regulations.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information so that our team can communicate regarding vehicle service updates, repair approvals, or additional service recommendations.
Failure to respond to service communication may delay repair completion.
